I was most impressed with both the quality of the logo design and the speed of response from the site. I did not wait for more than 24 hours between submitting a request and getting a response.

Initially I was presented with 10 choices, if anything it was too much! I liked 3 or 4 of the designs a lot, when I made my choice I went through 2 or 3 more iterations, fine-tuning it to my exact needs.
